Get Real with Wellness Reimagined

Real Nutrition Solutions

Confidence, freedom and guidance through accountability, consistency and teamwork

Hello, I’m Sherri. For over 15 years, I have been a dedicated proponent of nutrition and wellness. Surprisingly, my journey into becoming a dietitian was influenced by my family’s struggles with weight issues, diabetes, heart disease, and limited mobility. This personal experience drove me to pursue a career in health, aiming to lead a healthy life through proper nutrition and fitness practices. Holding the Registered Dietetic certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration and a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Montana State University, I am passionate about helping individuals reach their wellness goals through tailored nutrition and fitness plans that align with their lifestyles and aspirations.

While the fundamental principles of nutrition apply to everyone, I specialize in assisting individuals in integrating these principles into their lives despite busy schedules, digestive concerns, allergies, intolerances, health issues, and the abundance of unhealthy food options. I advocate for a balanced approach to health, emphasizing moderation over trendy diets or restrictive meal plans.

Embrace real nutrition for real life. Discover practical strategies to eat smarter, feel better, and live stronger.

When not providing nutrition counseling or teaching nutrition at Gallatin College, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, kids, and dogs and traveling.
